2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results South Point Systems has achieved a net satisfaction index (NSI) of 96 out of 100 possible points during a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by International Communications Research (ICR). As a prerequisite for IBM Premier or Advanced Business Partner status, this survey is conducted on behalf of IBM.
